Here you’ll find quick answers to the most common questions about orders, shipping, returns, and payments at DROPSATE.


🛍️ Orders

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Browse our store, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using major debit/credit cards or PayPal.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us at support@dropsate.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications.


🚚 Shipping

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We currently ship within the United Kingdom only — including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Our standard free delivery takes between 5 and 13 business days from dispatch.
Processing your order usually takes 1–3 business days before shipping.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is always free — no minimum spend required.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal for secure payments.

Q: Is it safe to shop on DROPSATE?
A: Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and Shopify’s secure checkout to protect your personal and payment details at all times.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping.
For all other cases, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


🧾 Account & Support

Q: Do I need to create an account to order?
A: No, you can checkout as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to view your order history, track shipments easily, and access faster checkout next time.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri).
